What do you think? Are there ways that we can be heroic in our every day lives?

Is anyone else suprised this is on Huffington Post?
October 29, 2009 at 10:50 AMGreat article, though!
Pay attention. Sometimes the simplest things can change someones day into a good one...That is heroic in its own way. Take some time to stop what you/I are/am busy doing and notice the needs of the people around me...as simple as noticing that someone might need a glass of water who is busy working at their desk. Let someone know you notice them and took time to think of their needs. Just a thought.
